Let me start out by saying Chris and Linda the owners of the company truly are the best to deal with, you can expect honesty and great service before and after the sale. As to the pinball machine I purchased it operates great, there are 863 tables to choose from so you will never tire of the same table. Some play better than others but so far they all have there unique feel.
The only thing that they do not do is store high scores which I’m hoping there will be an upgrade in the future, so with that said let’s play some pinball.

I have had my pinball machine since the end of September. It took a bit longer to get than usual because of the virus situation but it was more than worth it. I was in the market for a pinball machine and had attempted to purchase an old school game but that deal fell through. Best thing to happen. In my search for another machine I stumbled upon virtual pinball. The videos all seemed hard to believe but I searched around for different suppliers. Most did not answer emails or phone calls. Probably because of the virus. Anyway, Custom Multicades answered my emails and have never not answered mail or phone. Top notch folks.
This pinball machine is fantastic. It even had the game I tried to buy. Again, a good thing. I have played that game a bit and I am so glad I have over 800 others to play. I would have played the other for a couple of weeks and gotten bored.
There are so many games it is hard to fathom. I have played every day since I got it and I have only scratched the surface of what is there.
If you are thinking of getting a pinball machine forget old school (breaks my heart to say that) because the older machines can break, are expensive to repair unless you are good at component level electronics, and you only have that 1 game to play.
If you want to get a pinball machine get a virtual. If you want great service go with Custom Multicades.

I am just so incredibly happy with my pinball machine and Custom Multicades was outstanding every single step of the way. I started with simple emails and had numerous questions. Linda replied timely and with detailed answers to each one. Once I was ready to buy, I ordered custom graphics and the graphics team took my idea and brought it to life. It is an amazing centerpiece to my home even if it did nothing and sat there (it looks that sharp) but then you get 863 games, a real feel, popping audio and more. I enjoy pinball but I started my search as a newbie. I began with real pinball but landed on virtual due to the maintenance and incredible number of games (just like other reviewers, you will play forever and barely crack the surface). The price is fair, the shipping was smooth and the packing was strong. The videos Linda sent to help me set it up made the process simple. You will just need a friend to help you move it to its final location. I feel like this review sounds like a commercial but I can promise you it is genuine. Thank you Linda and thank you to the entire staff. This was well worth it.

I have had my machine for about three months, and I might have had one or two days where I didn’t play it. I love the machine. Oh yeah, there are some tables i will never play, and some others that are repeated. (There are two Six Million Dollar Man machines, and a few others that are multiple), but there is still enough machines to keep me busy.
I understand they are currently updating the software, so I hope machines like Delta Queen, Triple Action, and Superstar make the cut. This is probably the only downer, a lot of the machines I played in the late 1970’s are not represented, but I figure most of these machines are made for younger folks, so I guess that is why there is so many newer tables. Oh well, such is marketing.
The machine is made very well, as I have it running all the time. Construction is solid, and the electronics very seldom give me an issue. Some tables do crash, but you just exit them, and reload them, and all is well again.
The service is exemplary. These people know what they are talking about, and help you along the way.
If you are going to get a machine , I recommend you get it from Custom Multicades. We will be doing business again in the future.

Well, I have had my pinball machine now for a year. Truth be told I still play it everyday (except for a few weeks where a hamstring injury kept me from standing or sitting at it) and it is still as fun as it was day 1 when I got it. Works faultlessly and everyone loves it. The grand kids play on it as do many of my relatives when they visit. Without a doubt this is probably the best entertainment item I have ever bought in my life. I will be playing for years to come.
